18CM Extender, 11MM wide Dyneema made by DMM.
This extender is a OEM replacment for most DMM quickdraws and matches most current models. It can also be used to replace worn slings on most other quickdraw sets. This can also be used to custom make quickdraws. This type has a "tadpole" on one end of the sling which is a rubber insert to the sling that holds the carabiner in place on the rope clipping side. The sling is half sewn so that it is semi stiff but allows some movement for when it is used to extend trad gear outdoors.
The slings are colour coded to size so the yellow colour is 12CM and the 18CM is grey.
