the bolt hanger is 12mm dia bolt hole and has a breaking strength of 25kn on a downward pull. This is the industry standard bolt used in most climbing walls and outdoor crags that allow bolting.
Please don't go off and bolt what you think is a new crag, seek advice from your local guide book supplier and you never know it might just have routes there already and might not allow bolting.
