These are top of the range harnesses which combine classic Wild Country features with new ideas & clever twists to make a superb technical package. Most importantly, they show off our new and exclusive ‘Comfort Mesh’ design which takes an incredibly soft, supportive, wrap-around foam liner to give a close, seamless finish, that cushions, comforts and protects.
However, the Elite is no show pony and combines it’s velvety elegant looks and fit with a steely side. Fully strong where it matters, from the Ziplock buckle to the belay loop, these harnesses are tested beyond reasonable levels to bring you total safety and total confidence.

Comfort Mesh Inner
A super smooth, seamless, skin-side finish is one of the standout ideas on the new Elite. Giving masses of comfort, whilst wicking sweat away the mesh laminate feels a million dollars and adds a comfort factor that has to be felt to be believed.

Ziplock Buckle + Ziplock Leg Loops
The classic Ziplock buckle is smooth to operate and works so easily even when loaded. And as a bonus we have a new ‘baby-ziplock’ for the legs loops – giving them the same simple cinch system as the waist and making the harness one of the most fuss free around
New 10kN 'Packaway' Haul Loop
Neat, clean, and out of the way but totally accessible when you need it this 10kN rated loop is our hideaway hauler. Positioned off centre rather that totally round the back, the loop is easier to get at and easier to clip and unclip.
Wear Indicator
Easy to use, but invaluable for a quick guide to how your harness is doing, the new 'Wear Indicator' is a patch of material the underlays the belay loop wear tape (1000D Nylon) on the leg loops of the harness. If the outer wear tape wears, then the brighter tape is exposed giving you a strong visual warning that there may be a problem and it may be a good time to look at replacing your harness. Comes on all Elite and Vision Models.
New 10kN Accessory Loop
Simple, but fiendishly clever, the ‘Accessory loop’ is effectively a ‘bump’ in the waistbelt that allows you to attach a biner to the back of the belt. Great for a multitude of purposes, this is a high strength attachment point. Positioned like the ‘Haul Loop’, just off centre for ease of use
25kN Belay Loop
Strong, strong, strong and 3 Sigma tested to be sure – this loop is the highest rated on the market to give you all the confidence you need rappelling or belaying. And although it's one of the strongest around it comes with Wild Country's own pared down material which as well as being incredibly strong makes clipping, unclipping and belaying, even using skinny biners, easy.
Batwing Belt
Figure hugging, hip grabbing, comfort enhancing - the batwing belt shape does all of this, and gives the Elite harnesses a definitive feel when hanging that allows for longer in those uncomfortable postions we often end up in....
New Self Aligning Hitching Strap
Clever and simple, this sliding system for the rear hitching straps allows the attachement point to 'self align' to the direction of pull making it more comfortable and less fussy...cool eh
Gear Loops
Well packed for action the Elite Men's and Women's harnesses feature 5 gear loops per model. The fifth being great for belay devices, prussiks and other multi pitch tackle.
The Syncro on the other hand is a mightier warrior and has the most gear loops of any harness - 7 gear loops on the Small and 9 gear loops on the Regular.
Single Clip Off Point Leg Loops
Essential for calls of nature - having a single clip point leg loop drop off means that losing your leg loops quickly when nature does come calling. No fiddling or unthread/rethreading - just a clip off and clip on....
